Group Overview

To solve the problems the foreign residents in Japan confront, conduct activities as follows:
1. Consultation for the problems of foreign residents ("solution type consultation").
2. Advocacy for the protection of foreign residents’ fundamental human rights, survey/research activities on their living conditions, and the organization of symposium to communicate our findings.
3. Organization of lectures and to promote understanding to multicultural coexistence.
4. Organization of meetings, courses etc for the development of human resources.

Organization's PR Message

Instead of Japanese helping foreign residents who suffer from life and discrimination problems one-sidedly, we have been working to realize a society of mutual help. About 3,800 people from 30 countries join us as cooperation members, and members from four countries aside from Japanese work as executives and are dynamically engaged in our activities. The activities include: "solution type consultation" associated with visa, living (marriage, education, healthcare, and other troubles), and labour problems; research and advocacy for the protection of foreign residents’ fundamental human rights; organization of events and courses for enlightenment and human resource cultivation.
