Organization's PR Message
Our activities can be tracked back to the Association to Aid Indochinese Refugees (present Association for Aid and Relief, Japan) which established in 1979. Since then, we have been helping hands for more than 3,000 of refugees and other foreign residents in total by providing our "Learning programs"and "Scholarship programs". Presently, approximately 100 people are registered in "Learning programs". In "Scholarship programs", we continuously support about 50 students every year.
