Group Overview
We at Public Interest Incorporated Foundation, Shinagawa-ku International Friendship Association (SIFA) wish to contribute to the peace of the world by intensively developing Shinagawa City as a lively international place through our various international exchange programs. It is the mission of our organization to create a unique and open-minded community in the City that is very friendly to anyone from foreign countries.
Our main programs are youth homestay program with our sister city and friendship cities, Japanese language course, English conversation course, flower arrangement course, and home cooking class.
●Japanese Language Course
Japanese language course is offered twice a year in April (The first session) and September (The second session). The course includes 20 lessons. (Two classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday every week.) The original textbook we produced by ourselves is used in the classes, and the classes are taught by experienced and qualified teachers in teaching Japanese.
