●Publication of the Annual Report: “Kiteki-issei”
Minato International Association (MIA) carries out wide-ranging cross-cultural activities and provides assistance to foreign residents of Minato City, which hosts the embassies of many countries and where people from all over the world live. “Kiteki-issei,” our annual report, introduces our various intercultural events including hiking, and basic Japanese courses for absolute beginners.
●Disaster Prevention Information Website Update
This fiscal year, we will further enhance the content of our disaster information website. Safety handbooks such as Daisaigai Ni Sonaete (Preparing for Disaster) will be converted to PDF for viewing in English, Chinese, and Korean. Also, our website will try to provide information that would help non-Japanese residents confirm the safety of their family and friends, who may be in a disaster-stricken region of the country.
