Some of the services we provide include daily life consultation for foreigner residents, Japanese language classes for adults and children, the dispatch of interpreters and translators to medical institutions and administrative agencies, and the operation of Ota Center for Japanese Returnees from China.

Organization's PR Message
The Ota Citizens’ Network for People’s Togetherness (OCNet) has cherished the idea of “Different people living together” since its foundation in 1992. It is engaged in local community-based activities in and around Ota Ward to promote multicultural coexistence. It aims to expand places where people of various cultural backgrounds can interact as part of their daily lives.
